Pattern Description:

The Buttercup beanie is a unique hat pattern featuring a beautiful design along the side. It is made with only one skein of sport weight, hand-dyed Canadian wool yarn, specifically Lichen and Lace Rustic Heather Sport, making it a special project.

Materials Needed & Measurements:

  • Yarn: Lichen and Lace Rustic Heather Sport (100% Wool) in color Pollen (1 skein/56 grams).
  • Yarn Weight: Sport weight yarn.
  • Hook: F/3.75mm & G/4mm.
  • Notions: Darning needle to weave in the ends.
  • Measurements: Adult (22-23” head circumference).

  • Secure and weave in all remaining yarn tails.
  • For optimal results and fit, block the finished hat.
